Shipping Information & Returns

- Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 1 p.m. are processed on the same day and others are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, subject to product availability and public holidays. In case of any unexpected delays or issues with product availability, customers will be promptly notified via the contact information provided during the order placement.
- Shipping Methods and Timeframes: We offer a range of shipping options to cater to diverse customer needs. Shipping methods include standard, expedited, and express delivery services. Shipping timeframes may vary based on the chosen shipping method, the destination of the delivery, and any unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or holidays.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen shipping method, the volumetric weight of the package, and the delivery destination. Customers can view the shipping costs before finalizing their purchase during the checkout process.
- International Shipping: SVMFG currently do not offer international shipping, however, an exception can be made in case of urgent orders. International shipping rates and delivery times may differ from domestic orders due to customs clearance procedures and international shipping regulations.
- Order Tracking: Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This enables customers to track the status of their delivery online through our website or the designated courier’s tracking system.
- Delivery Address: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete delivery information. SVMFG will not be held liable for any delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the package.
- Delivery Confirmation: All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. This is to ensure the safe and secure delivery of the purchased items.
- Insurance: Shipping insurance is not covered in the shipping rates that are given during checkout. If any insurance is needed please get in touch with our customer support team1
- Holidays and Peak Seasons: During peak seasons or holidays, such as Black Friday or Christmas, shipping and delivery times may experience slight delays due to the increased volume of orders. We advise customers to place their orders in advance during these periods.

At SVMFG, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. Our Return and Replacement Warranty is designed to address concerns related to the received products, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process for returns and replacements.
- Return Eligibility: Products are eligible for return or replacement within 5 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return or replacement, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.
- Return Process: To initiate a return or replacement request, customers must contact our customer support team via email, or phone Customers will be required to provide their order number, details of the item to be returned with their respective serial numbers, and the reason/description of the problem for the return.
- Return Authorization and Instructions: Once the return request is approved, customers will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific instructions on how to return the item. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package being returned.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return unless the return is due to an error on the part of SVMFG (e.g., wrong item shipped, or product defect). It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service for the return to ensure the safe arrival of the package.
- Inspection and Refund/Replacement Process: Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to verify its condition and eligibility for a refund or replacement. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the inspection and approval of the returned product. For replacements, the new item will be dispatched based on product availability and shipped using standard delivery unless expedited shipping is requested and paid for by the customer.
- Defective or Damaged Products: In the case of a defective or damaged product upon arrival, customers must notify SVMFG within 48 hours of receiving the item. Proof of the damage (e.g., photos) may be required for evaluation and to process a replacement or refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may not be eligible for return or replacement. These exclusions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
- Warranty Coverage: Some products come with a manufacturer’s warranty of up to one year. Any warranty claims should be directed to SVMFG and the product will be replaced as per the manufacturer’s warranty terms and conditions.
- Customer Support: Our customer support team is available to assist with any queries or concerns related to returns, replacements, or refunds.
